I provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy to help women prepare for labor, heal after birth and overcome challenges like pelvic pain, bladder or bowel changes and core weakness. In addition to individualized sessions, I also offer monthly group classes that focus on birth prep and postpartum recovery — giving you tools, connection and confidence alongside other women on a similar journey.

I know these concerns can feel overwhelming or even hard to talk about. Please know — you are not alone, and you don’t have to “just live with it.” With evidence-based strategies and individualized care, we’ll work together to rebuild strength, restore balance and help you feel your best.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Evaluation

60-minute individualized sessions focused on your specific concerns and goals.

Treatment sessions build on your evaluation, focusing on what matters most to you. Using a mix of hands-on therapy, targeted exercises, and functional training, we’ll release tension, strengthen weak areas, and teach you strategies you can use in everyday life.

What you’ll experience:

  • Gentle manual therapy + body work

  • Targeted strengthening + build stability 

  • Optimize flexibility + mobility

  • Breathing + relaxation techniques

  • Nervous system regulation techniques

  • Home exercise guidance

  • Progress updates + plan adjustments

  • Support and encouragement every step of the way

Prenatal Pelvic Floor Birth Prep Class

Monthly group class at Motherhood Matters, Davenport.

This class blends education with movement to prepare your body for labor and delivery. Together, we’ll focus on breathwork, nervous system regulation, mobility, flexibility and pelvic floor relaxation to support your body through your pregnancy, help optimize baby’s position and prepare you for birth. 

 

We’ll cover:

  • Prenatal pelvic floor education

  • Mobility + flexibility exercises

  • Strength + stability for your body changes

  • Relaxation and breathing techniques for labor + birth

  • Create space to optimize baby’s position

  • Confidence-building for birth

Postpartum Rehab and Rebuild Class

Monthly group class at Motherhood Matters, Davenport.

Postpartum recovery is about more than “getting cleared at six weeks.” This class helps you gently and safely reconnect with your core and pelvic floor while rebuilding strength and stability for everyday life — and for returning to exercise when you’re ready.

Perfect for:

  • New moms ready to restore strength + stability

  • Women experiencing pelvic floor dysfunction symptoms

  • Anyone seeking better core connection

  • Those preparing to return to exercise or sports

What we’ll focus on:

  • Deep core + pelvic floor coordination

  • Functional strength + safe progressions
