Specialized Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy for Women

Your pelvic floor is the foundation of so much — pregnancy, birth, recovery and everyday movement. It deserves the same attention and care as any other muscle group.

I provide compassionate, one-on-one therapy to help women prepare for labor, heal after birth and overcome challenges like pelvic pain, bladder or bowel changes and core weakness. In addition to individualized sessions, I also offer monthly group classes that focus on birth prep and postpartum recovery — giving you tools, connection and confidence alongside other women on a similar journey.

I know these concerns can feel overwhelming or even hard to talk about. Please know — you are not alone, and you don’t have to “just live with it.” With evidence-based strategies and individualized care, we’ll work together to rebuild strength, restore balance and help you feel your best.

Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy Evaluation

60-minute individualized evaluation focused on your specific concerns and goals.

Your pelvic health evaluation is a comprehensive, one-on-one 60-minute session designed to understand you as a whole person—not just a set of symptoms. We begin with a thorough subjective assessment, where we discuss your health history, current concerns, lifestyle, goals, and how your symptoms are impacting daily life.

The objective assessment looks at how your body is moving, functioning, and coordinating as a system. This includes evaluation of spinal, hip, and pelvic mobility; muscle flexibility; ribcage position; breathing patterns; and management of intra-abdominal pressure. We also assess pelvic floor coordination, strength, endurance, and its ability to appropriately respond to physical and emotional “stress” (such as exercise, coughing, lifting, pregnancy, or postpartum demands).

By the end of your session, you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s contributing to your symptoms, how your body is working (or compensating), and a personalized plan of care to help you feel stronger, more confident, and more supported in your body

Early Postpartum Recovery Session

The early weeks after giving birth are a time for rest, healing, and bonding with your baby. While this season is often centered on recovery, you don’t need to wait until your 6-week follow-up to begin caring for your body.

As you slowly resume daily activities—self-care, household tasks, and caring for your newborn—you may find yourself wanting guidance on how to move safely and confidently. Early, intentional support can help improve spinal mobility and posture, reduce back and pelvic discomfort, and gently reconnect you with your core and pelvic floor to begin rebuilding foundational strength.

An Early Postpartum Recovery Session is designed for new parents 3–8 weeks postpartum who are seeking individualized, in-person guidance on how to safely start their recovery journey. During this session, you’ll receive personalized movement strategies, education, and gentle exercises tailored to your body, your birth experience, and your goals—so you can feel supported, empowered, and confident as you heal.

Investment: $120 (60 minute session)
