Your Partner in Empowered Birth & Movement

I’m Tess, a Doctor of Physical Therapy living in Geneseo, Illinois with my husband and our three little ones. My kids are the heart of why this business exists. Carrying and bringing three babies into the world taught me more than any textbook ever could, and it’s what drives my passion for helping other families feel supported, empowered and confident in their own journeys.

I believe knowledge is power — especially when it comes to your body and your baby. Every family deserves care without judgment, guidance tailored to their unique needs and the reassurance that they don’t have to walk this road alone. That’s the philosophy behind everything I do.

When I’m not advocating for pelvic floor therapy as standard maternity care (it really should be!) I'm at home in the beautiful chaos of raising little kids — throwing dance parties, fighting imaginary crime and juggling meals, naps and laundry. But what truly fills my cup is supporting mamas and babies through this dream-come-true work. Every family I meet reminds me why I’m so passionate about this calling.

After experiencing pregnancy and birth myself, becoming a doula felt like a natural next step. I provide education, advocacy and continuous support throughout pregnancy, labor, and postpartum, helping families feel confident and informed every step of the way.

As a Board Certified Pediatric Doctor of Physical Therapy, helping families navigate those early years is my first love. I specialize in supporting healthy movement patterns, addressing developmental concerns and guiding parents so their little ones thrive.

Every woman deserves a strong, supported pelvic floor. Whether you’re preparing for birth, healing postpartum, or addressing ongoing concerns, I provide individualized care to help you feel your best.

Ready to connect?

I’d love to hear about your journey and discuss how I can support your family. Whether you’re interested in doula services, pediatric PT, pelvic health support or aren’t sure what you need yet.
